It is completely ready to be shared as a meaningful gift for your loved ones or a mindful reward for yourself.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is slow-made and handled with mindful care. Our standard handling time takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard transit usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. The total estimated delivery time is roughly 8–18 business days. Detailed tracking information will be emailed to you the moment your blessing leaves our studio.
5. How much does shipping cost?
We maintain complete price transparency. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all global orders over $59.00 USD. For orders under $59.00 USD, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD will be applied at final checkout. There are never any hidden handling fees or unexpected logistics surcharges.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at chen@minfans.com. Once a package leaves our workshop and a tracking number is generated, we cannot reroute or alter the delivery address.

We charge $0.00 Restocking Fees—we never deduct hidden administrative penalties from your refund. If the return is due to our error (defective or damaged in transit), we cover 100% of the return shipping costs. If it is a personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees to our designated facility.
11. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return package arrives at our operational workshop and is inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed instantly and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
