Your peace of mind and satisfaction are deeply personal to us. If your natural treasure does not completely align with your journey, we are here to support you with a transparent, honest, and stress-free return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We proudly offer a 30-day return policy.
- You have 30 days from the exact date your package was delivered to request a return.
- To be eligible for a standard return, your gemstone jewelry or mineral specimen must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unaltered, and securely nested in its original 350g eco-friendly kraft packaging, including all accompanying cards or inserts.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return journey, please contact our dedicated customer support studio at chen@minfans.com before sending any items back.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Your official Order Number (e.g., #MINFANS1001).
- The specific item(s) you wish to return.
- A brief explanation or feedback regarding your return (we deeply value your experience).
※ Kindly Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return via email will not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees
In accordance with Google Merchant Center transparency policies, we maintain absolute clarity regarding shipping responsibilities and zero hidden fees:
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, or a gemstone was damaged during transit), minfans will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email.
- Customer Remorse / Personal Reasons: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, a change of mind, or size preference, the customer will be responsible for covering the actual return shipping costs to our designated facility.
- No Restocking Fees: We believe in honest connections. minfans charges $0.00 Restocking Fees—we never deduct hidden administration or restocking penalties from your refund.
4. Damaged Treasures & Order Issues
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If a gemstone creation arrives broken, defective, or if you receive the wrong mineral, contact us within 48 hours at chen@minfans.com with photographs of the product and its external packaging. We will evaluate the issue instantly and arrange a complimentary replacement or full credit.
5. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
To maintain strict institutional standards, certain types of custom products cannot be returned:
- Bespoke / Custom-made Orders: Gemstone bracelets or accessories customized to a non-standard length or engraved specifically at the user’s request.
- Gift Cards: Virtual minfans gift cards are non-refundable.
6. Processing Your Refund
Once your return package arrives at our operational workshop and is thoroughly inspected by our artisans, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
- Approval & Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
- Please understand that financial institutions and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the transaction back to your bank account statement.
