Welcome to minfans. We treat every handcrafted gemstone creation as a beautiful blessing born for gifting. To ensure your treasures arrive safely, securely, and with the utmost care, we maintain full transparency across all our shipping procedures.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Because our mineral arts and gemstone jewelry involve dedicated handcrafting, precise laser-cutting, and meticulous eco-friendly packaging, each order requires a brief period of focused devotion before shipment.
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Beijing). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
- Please note: Our artisans do not process or ship packages over weekends or local public holidays.
2. Shipping Transit Time & Destinations
We proudly offer reliable standard shipping to our primary destination markets. All packages are fully tracked from our studio to your doorstep.
- Standard Shipping Transit Time: 7–15 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (7-15 days) = 8–18 business days.
※ Kindly Note: Transit times are estimates provided by our trusted carriers. Delivery depending on your exact location, customs clearance checkpoints, or seasonal transit peaks.
3. Shipping Rates & Cost Transparency
In accordance with our principles of honesty and clarity, all shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $59.00 USD.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $59.00 USD, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD will be applied at checkout.
- No hidden taxes, additional registration fees, or unexpected logistics surcharges will be added during your checkout journey.
4. Shipment Tracking
Every single blessing leaves our workshop with a verified tracking number.
- Once your package is handed over to our carrier, a tracking confirmation email containing your tracking ID and a direct lookup link will be delivered straight to your inbox.
- You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time via our tracking portal or standard postal tracking services.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items
Your peace of mind is our highest priority. If a gemstone creation arrives damaged during its journey, or if your package is verified as lost in transit, we will resolve it immediately.
- Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.
- Contact our support studio within 48 hours of delivery at chen@minfans.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item/packaging. We will arrange a replacement or credit right away.
6. Address Corrections & Delivery Failures
- Correct Details: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, valid, and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package leaves our studio and a tracking number is generated, we cannot reroute or alter the delivery address.
