Are your stones natural? Absolutely. With a legacy in mineral collecting since 2007, authenticity is our foundation. Every stone—whether a raw specimen or a gemstone in our jewelry—is 100% natural, ethically sourced, and hand-selected for its mineralogical purity and energetic vibration.

Do you provide certificates for the specimens? Every high-end specimen and custom jewelry piece comes with a MinFans Digital Identity Card, detailing its mineral species, known origin, and unique properties.


02. Custom Jewelry & Intentions

How do I choose the “right” stone for my intention? We believe the stone often chooses you. We recommend browsing our [Intention Guide]. If you feel a physical or emotional “pull” toward a specific color or crystal structure, that is usually your intuition signaling a resonance with that stone’s frequency.

How long does it take to craft my custom piece? Because your jewelry is handcrafted to align with your specific intentions, please allow 5-7 business days for the selection, wrapping, and purification ritual before shipping.


03. Shipping & Protection

How do you ensure fragile minerals don’t break during shipping? We are experts in mineral logistics. We use professional-grade, multi-layered cushioning and “suspension packing” techniques perfected over 19 years to ensure your specimens and jewelry arrive in pristine condition.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship our light and minerals worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your global coordinates.


04. Energy & Care

Should I “cleanse” my jewelry when it arrives? While we perform a purification ritual using sound or sacred smoke before your piece leaves our studio, we encourage you to perform your own “Homecoming Ritual.” A few hours under moonlight or resting on a bed of raw quartz will align the piece with your home’s unique energy.

How do I clean my jewelry without damaging the stone? Since we use raw, untreated minerals, avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners. A soft, dry cloth is usually sufficient. For specific mineral care (e.g., keeping Selenite away from water), please refer to the care card included in your package.


05. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a custom-made piece? Due to the highly personal nature of our Custom Good Fortune Jewelry, these pieces are generally non-returnable as they are attuned to your specific vibration. However, if there is a structural issue, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make it right. Mineral specimens may be returned within 14 days in their original, unaltered state.
